Under Your (Love) Spell

Over at the Bo Bunny Blog, the designers were asked to take inspiration from Song Lyrics to create their layouts.  This project is going to #1. Age me (big time) and #2. Make it absolutely certain that I was the geekiest lil' Canadian kiddo ever! I have no idea why this particular song (Under Your Spell) got trapped in my mind but as soon as I saw this one piece of Chipboard from Bo Bunny's Smoochable Collection, I couldn't stop singing the chorus - over and over!! I totally forgot who sang it so when I searched on Youtube I discovered it was by "Candi" - A Canadian popstar from the 1990s...

I have to admit I was totally obsessed with this gal - thought she was super chic, cool, pretty, etc and vaguely remember dressing like this and singing to her songs in the mirror.  Egawd!

In any regard, this is the layout that I created - inspired by an old favourite tune.  I have to admit that this little darlin' has got me wrapped around her little finger.

 The beautiful crystal flourishes are from ZVA Creative as are the wonderfully coordinating flowers.

I used Bo Bunny's adorable and feminine Smoochable Collection - I've really been into a soft and romantic mood as of late and the pinks and warm browns seem to fit the bill just perfectly.
