Last week, one of the layout challenges over at the
Bo Bunny blog was to scrap a secret indulgence (now that the kids are back in school).

For me, hands down, has to be my 'quiet' time at the end of the night when all the little ones are tucked in tightly. I can enjoy a glass of wine, scrappy time, and relax without any interruptions.

For this layout, I used Bo Bunny's Learning Curve Collection. Adore the worn feel of these papers - perfectly distressed feel to them.

Look at how intricate their Combo Stickers are!! If you can see, I used the teeny clocks from within the cream circles and applied around the scallops of my black doily.

Look at that gorgeous trim!! I actually loved it so much that I cut out each individual section and used as flowers! And the beautiful new Petals by Bo Bunny are equally amazing - LOVE me some blooms!!!!

For whatever reason, I find that the majority of my layouts stick to 3 colours (this one has black, cream and green). Why? No clue to be honest, I think adding any more colours is a huge step outside my comfort zone. The project just looks too 'messy' to me.... how weird. I've only recently noticed this while viewing my gallery. I think I need to incorporate more colours into my next few projects!!

Beautiful layout as always! I love those teeny clocks, almost missed them.
Maybe your color selections are due to THREE being the designers magic number, they totally work!
