Happy June 1st! Can't believe how quickly the month of May has passed us by. Three more weeks and my kiddos will all be finished school (yikes!). What do you normally do with your wee ones during your summer vacations? Do you put them in camps? Have tons of playdates or just leave things open for a spontaneous beach day? I need some ideas...
In the meantime, I'd like to share a layout I created using the gorgeous papers from
Bo Bunny's Isabella collection (I also added in a few pieces from their Mama-razzi2 collection - love the way the black adds a bit of punch). Super shabby chic - love the muted tones in this collection. (sorry for the poor quality photos as well - it was a dark/rainy day and even Photoshop couldn't help these images very much...) On that note actually, I have had a few requests to post a tutorial/tips on how I take photos of my projects and I promise that I will do this in the next few weeks!
To get a little more dimension to my layout, I used sheets of crumpled up paper from an old encyclopedia and arranged them under the layers of papers, photos and embellishments. Make sure when you do this you use tacky glue (lots).
Thanks so much for stopping in today. Wishing for some sunshine this weekend!
