For my card, I cut the trim into several smaller pieces and tucked some under my title and a few behind the beautiful flowers.
Ooooh - can you see how thick this Garland is? So gorgeous! Of course, what would a spring card be without the amazing Once Upon a Springtime collection from Graphic 45?
I also used some papers from Pink Paislee's Sweetness collection and Cosmo Cricket's Circa collection (love)!
I also created an 8x8 layout for Petaloo's booth this year which was very different for me as I'm use to working with a 12 x 12 background. Again, I paired the gorgeous blooms with Graphic 45 and love the final outcome (was aiming for vintage spring...)
I adore the vines - they are fantastic and so easy to work with. I bent this one slightly and layered with some fussy cut flowers.
I actually broke apart some of the Magnolia blossoms. I needed some smaller blooms and the centres of these flowers were the perfect size.
In addition, I used the leftover petals of these altered flowers for the rim of my doily - waste not, want not.
