ZVA Creative October DT Blog Hop!

Zva Creative and our talented Design Team welcome you to join us for our October Blog Hop! We are happy to have you join us and hope you enjoy all that we have to share with you along the way!

As you know, Zva offers many beautiful color groupings for pearls, flowers and crystals. We want to make sure that they shine bright for you, so each designer was will be sharing a creation using a specific color or color combination on their blog hop project. My colour for this month's blog hop was blue and I've tried to incorporate as much of this gorgeous colour as possible on my project! It literally pops off the page when combined with a neutral colour such as beige or brown.

To add a little intensity to my flowers, I spritzed them with Spritz spray in Ocean Splash.

Weekend in Photos

We were lucky enough to be blessed with a few hours of sunshine (although cold!) this weekend so the family headed out to our local pumpkin patch.  I have never come across such beautiful and BIG pumpkins in my life!! The average weight of our pumpkins was over 25lbs with the largest weighing over 35lbs!! Poor daddy had to carry all 5 from the furthest end of the pumpkin patch (that's where all the good ones were) all the way back to our van - totally worth the effort though

Today I have a bunch of wonderful Hallowe'en Cards to share with you all using Graphic 45's Happy Haunting Collection.

I've made two in the classic Hallowe'en style and the other I've transformed into something a little different. Just love the neverending possibilities when it comes to Graphic 45 papers!

Hi Everyone! It's almost the weekend (yea) and the rain is coming down in buckets! UGH!  Welcome fall and the next 5-6 months of rainy, miserable weather out here in B.C.  I hate the rain :<  It is so depressing and dark (and wet).  I would so rather have a dumping of snow.  Eventhough it may be a pain to drive in or to get around in, at least it is bright and clean and fun to play in! 

I have a layout to share with you today that is welcoming the holiday season (a little early, I know but if the malls can get their Christmas stuff out then so can I)!  Bo Bunny's Mistletoe collection is full of gorgeous, bold and bright colours - perfectly suited for all your holiday photos.

Graphic 45's Bird Song Collection

Hi Everyone! I have a few projects to share with you today featuring the gorgeous Bird Song collection from Graphic 45.

For this layout I've combined papers and elements from the Olde Curiosity Shoppe line as well as I felt they complimented the colours and imagery found in the Bird Song papers just wonderfully.

 

 

One of my favourite things to work with from Graphic 45 is all of their fabulous packaging!  For my tags above, the base of each has been created from leftover Graphic 45 product packages.
